Gail Springer in 2019-2020

I’ll be singing two exciting and innovative chamber concerts this season with Serenata of Santa Fe. The first, at the end of September, is a special event called Latin Sunset, an intoxicating presentation of Latin dance and song to the music of Piazzola, Carter Grey, de Falla, Parra, Goya and Osvaldo Golijov. I’ll be joined by David Felberg, violin, Dana Winograd, cello, Jeff Susan, percussion, and Martin Ly, guitar.  Artistic Direction by Pamela Epple.

My second concert with Serenata is called Barriers, and will include the progressive works of Fred Rzewski, premieres of Leslie Wildman and Conrad Cummings, and the rebellious episodic Landscaping for Privacy by Eve Beglarian. I’ll be singing (and speaking!) with the deeply talented pianist, Yi-Heng Yang, at Site Santa Fe.

Order tickets, see the programs for both concerts and the entire exhilarating season at www.Serenataofsantafe.org.
